Summary:

CE Delft and ECORYS have developed a methodology to monitor infrastructure expenditures in EU Member States and Switserland for all modes of transport. Moreover, the report has developed a methodology that enables a transparent and feasible move from statistics on infrastructure expenditures to statistics on infrastructure costs.
