The aim of this project is to develop a structured approach for assessing the technical and financial feasibility of an integrated energy system on housing estates, taking as a test case the EVA-Lanxmeer ecological housing development in Culemborg, whose residents are up for active participation in the project. As it already has a collective heat grid, it also provides consierable technical scope.
